नई दिल्ली, 15 अप्रैल 26 (प्रसार भारती समाचार) भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण ने सभी फास्टैग जारीकर्ता बैंकों को फास्टैग से जुड़े वाहन पंजीकरण नंबरों का तत्काल सत्यापन करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने कहा कि इस कदम का उद्देश्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टोल संग्रह प्रणाली में डेटा की सटीकता और विश्वसनीयता को बढ़ाना है। मंत्रालय ने कहा कि यह निर्णय उन शिकायतों के बाद लिया गया है जिनमें फास्टैग रीडर द्वारा दर्ज किया गया विवरण वाहन की नंबर प्लेट पर प्रदर्शित वास्तविक पंजीकरण नंबर से मेल नहीं खाता है।
New Delhi, 15 April 26 (Prasar Bharati News) The National Highways Authority of India has issued instructions to all FASTag-issuing banks to immediately verify the vehicle registration numbers associated with FASTags. The move is aimed at enhancing the accuracy and reliability of data in the electronic toll collection system, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said. The ministry said the decision was taken after complaints that the details entered by the FASTag reader did not match with the actual registration number displayed on the vehicle’s number plate.
