राजधानी लखनऊ के तीन प्रमुख चिकित्सा संस्थानों की अक्षम्य लापरवाही सामने आई है। डा राम मनोहर लोहिया चिकित्सा संस्थान, लारी कार्डियोलॉजी और किंग जॉर्ज मेडिकल यूनिवर्सिटी के ट्रामा सेंटर की संवेदनहीनता और लापरवाही से लखीमपुर के एक 19 वर्षीय युवक की जान चली गई। तीनों संस्थानों में बेटे को दौड़ी गरीब मां को इन अस्पतालों के डॉक्टरों ने लौटा दिया और इलाज के लिए दूसरी जगह भेजते रहे। अंततः युवक की एक निजी अस्पताल में सांसें थम गईं।
युवक हिमांशु लखीमपुर के कांसीराम कॉलोनी का निवासी था। उसके सीने में भारीपन और सांस लेने में तकलीफ थी। उसकी मां बेटे को लेकर लोहिया संस्थान पहुंची। यहां उसे भर्ती नहीं किया गया और लारी bhdk दिया गया। लारी ने ट्रामा भेज दिया, ट्रामा में स्ट्रेचर पर भर्ती किया गया। किंतु इलाज शुरू नहीं हुआ और यहां से उसे निजी अस्पताल ले जाया गया। जहां उचित इलाज के अभाव में उसकी मृत्यु हो गई। युवक को हृदय रोग की आशंका थी। लेकिन इन तीनों अस्पतालों ने मरीज के इलाज को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया और घनघोर लापरवाही की। जबकि लोहिया और लारी में हृदय रोग की समुचित चिकित्सा सुविधा और व्यवस्था है।
लारी कार्डियोलॉजी केवल हृदय रोग की शिक्षा और चिकित्सा का संस्थान है। यहां प्रतिदिन हजारों लोग ओपीडी में आते हैं और 24 घंटे इमर्जेंसी सेवा भी है। फिर भी मरीज के साथ लापरवाही कैसे हुई। इसकी जांच संस्थान को करनी चाहिए। वहीं लोहिया संस्थान को भी सुपर स्पेशियलिटी का दर्जा प्राप्त है।
आज विश्व हृदय स्वास्थ्य दिवस है। इस दिवस के दो दिन पहले किसी युवक की हृदय रोग के इलाज के अभाव में मृत्यु होना न केवल चिंताजनक है। बल्कि राजधानी की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर भी प्रश्न चिन्ह है। उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ चिकित्सा सेवा का बड़ा हब बनकर उभरा है। यहां श्रेष्ठ चिकित्सा संस्थान हैं किंतु इनके कर्ताधर्ता और अधीनस्थ छवि को बट्टा लगा रहे हैं। इस प्रकरण को गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए। मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं संज्ञान लें। जांच कराकर दोषियों के खिलाफ कारवाई करें।

The inexcusable negligence of three major medical institutions of the capital Lucknow has come to the fore. But these three hospitals did not take the treatment of the patient seriously and committed gross negligence. While Lohia and Lari have proper medical facilities and arrangements for heart disease. LARI Cardiology is an institution for the education and treatment of cardiovascular disease only. Thousands of people visit the OPD every day and there is also a 24-hour emergency service. Still, how was the patient treated? It should be investigated by the institute. At the same time, Lohia Institute also has the status of super speciality. Today is World Heart Health Day.
