आक्रोशित भीड़ ने पुलिस पर किया पथराव, तोड़फोड़
मथुरा, 21 मार्च 26, (उप्र समाचार सेवा)। तड़के ट्रक का पीछा कर रहे गो रक्षक संत चंद्रशेखर की दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हो गई। वे ट्रक में गोवंश होने के संदेह में उक्त वहां का पीछा कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान दूसरे ट्रक ने उन्हें कुचल दिया। उनकी मौके पर ही मृत्यु हो गई। दुर्घटना के बाद उनके समर्थकों में दिल्ली आगरा मार्ग जाम कर दिया। इस दौरान पुलिस से झड़प हुई। भीड़ ने पुलिस वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ कर दी तो पुलिस ने रबर की गोलियां चलाईं। घटना पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने दुख व्यक्त किया है और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
जानकारी के अनुसार गो रक्षक संत चंद्रशेखर को सूचना मिली कि एक ट्रक में अवैध रूप से गो वंश ले जाया जा रहा है। वे सुबह 4 बजे दिल्ली आगरा मार्ग पर पहुंच गए और ट्रक का पीछा किया। कोसीकलां के पास पीछे से आ रहे एक अन्य ट्रक ने उन्हें कुचल दिया। अभी ये पता नहीं चला है कि ये दोनों ट्रक साथ साथ थे या अलग। ट्रक में गोवंश के बारे में भी स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं है।
इस घटना सूचना मिलने पर सैकड़ों समर्थक मौके पर पहुंच गए और मार्ग जाम कर दिया। इससे वाहनों की लंबी कतार लग गई। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने मार्ग खुलवाने की कोशिश की तो भीड़ पुलिस से भिड़ गई और पुलिस वाहनों में तोड़फोड़ की। पुलिस को बल प्रयोग करना पड़ा।
