An FIR No
40/2014 under sections 504, 506 IPC has
been registered in Wazirganj police
station, Lucknow against 30-40 unnamed
male and female advocates in the
complaint of abuses, threatening and
heckling filed by social activist Dr
Nutan Thakur. The investigation shall be
done by SI Narad Muni Singh of Wazirganj
police station.
As per the FIR, reacting
to filing a PIL, along with advocate
Asok Pande, for quashing the transfer of
Justice Dr Satish Chandra and demanding
grievance redressal forum in judiciary,
many advocates abused and threatened Dr
Thakur in the court campus of Allahabad
High Court, Lucknow Bench, saying that
they would not tolerate any outside to
enter in their matter and would stop her
entry in the High Court premises. She
could be taken to her vehicle with great
difficulty by the campus security
personnel.

एफआईआर के अनुसार अधिवक्ता
अशोक पाण्डेय के साथ जस्टिस डॉ सतीश
चंद्रा के लखनऊ से इलाहाबाद बेंच में हुए
ट्रांसफर तथा जजों के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत
प्रकोष्ठ बनाए जाने सम्बन्धी पीआईएल से
नाराज अधिवक्ताओं ने उनसे कोर्ट परिसर में
गाली गलौज तथा तीव्र दुर्व्यवहार किया और
कहा कि वे किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति द्वारा बार
के मामले में दखलअंदाजी बर्दाश्त नहीं
करेंगे और डॉ ठाकुर को कोर्ट परिसर में
घुसने नहीं देंगे. बड़ी मुश्किल से कोर्ट
सुरक्षाकर्मियों द्वारा डॉ ठाकुर को उनके
वाहन तक पहुँचाया जा सका. |
