लखनऊ, 20 जुलाई, 2020 (उप्रससे)। एक्टिविस्ट नूतन ठाकुर ने अश्लील और अमर्यादित टिप्पणी करने वालों के खिलाफ थाना गोमतीनगर में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है। इसमें नूतन ने कहा है कि कतिपय लोग उनके तथा उनके पति आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर के खिलाफ अमर्यादित और अश्लील टिप्पणियां करते रहते हैं। एक्टिविस्ट ठाकुर ने गोमती नगर थाने में मार्च में शिकायती पत्र दिया था। इस पर अब एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली गई है।
जानकारी के अनुसार अधिवक्ता तथा एक्टिविस्ट डॉ नूतन ठाकुर द्वारा उन्हें तथा उनके पति आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर को सोशल मीडिया पर कतिपय लोगों द्वारा गाली-गलौज करने, अत्यंत अश्लील एवं अमर्यादित बातें कहने तथा धमकी देने के संबंध में प्रस्तुत शिकायत पर थाना गोमतीनगर, लखनऊ में 21 लोगों पर मु०अ०स० 586/2020 धारा 501, 504, 506, 509 आईपीसी दर्ज किया गया है। इसकी विवेचना उपनिरीक्षक दयाराम साहनी द्वारा की जाएगी। 
ज्ञतव्य है कि 16 मार्च 2020 को भेजी शिकायत में नूतन ने कहा था कि लखनऊ शहर में कथित दंगा आरोपियों के सार्वजनिक होर्डिंग लगाए जाने के संबंध में हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद सोशल मीडिया में जजों तथा न्यायपालिका के खिलाफ अमर्यादित टिप्पणियों के संबंध में उनके द्वारा थाना गोमतीनगर में एफआईआर दर्ज कराया गया। इस एफआईआर की जानकारी होने के बाद से ही स्वयं को भक्त, राष्ट्रभक्त, देशभक्त आदि कहने वाले कुछ लोगों ने नूतन को खुलेआम भद्दी, अश्लील और गन्दी बातें, चोर, दलाल, देशद्रोही, चरित्रहीन, रंगी सियारन, लाहौर भेज दो जैसी बातें कहीं एवं जजों को जोड़ कर अनुचित शब्दों का प्रयोग किया. साथ ही अमिताभ के लिए भी अनुचित शब्दों का प्रयोग किया।
ड़ा ठाकुर के अनुसार गोमतीनगर पुलिस अब तक इस मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज करने से मना कर रही थी किन्तु नूतन द्वारा राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग में शिकायत पर घटना के 4 माह बाद यह एफआईआर दर्ज की गयी है.
FIR registered at Gomtinagar on threats, obscene words
Gomtinagar Police has registered FIR No 586/2020 under sections 501, 504, 506, 509 IPC against  21 persons on the complaint presented by avocate and activist Dr Nutan Thakur regarding use of extremely objectionable, improper, lewd and obscene words and threats against her and her husband IPS officer Amitabh Thakur.
In her complaint sent on 16 March 2020, Nutan has said that she got an FIR registered at Gomtinagar regarding use of objectionable and improper comments on social sites against Judges and the Judiciary, after the High Court order on placing of hoardings of alleged riot accused in Lucknow.
Nutan said, After registration of this FIR, people calling themselves Bhakt, Rashtra Bhakt, Desh Bhakt etc openly abused Nutan by calling her thief, Dalal, anti-national, turncoat, Send to Lahore etc and using extremely dirty, lewd and obscene words, including relating her with Judges. They also used bad words against Amitabh.
Calling themselves very dangerous people, these people said nothing will happen to them and threatened Nutan in many ways, saying that anything might happen to her and she will be treated like lawyer Prashant Bhushan.
Till now Gomtinagar police has been refusing to register the FIR but it finally registered it after four months when Nutan approached the National Human Rights Commission.
