लखनऊ, 02 दिसम्बर 2016 (उ.प्र.समाचार सेवा)। गत 25 सितम्बर 2016 (रविवार) को हुई आबकारी सिपाही परीक्षा के दूसरे सत्र के पेपर लीक के सम्बन्ध में आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर द्वारा दिए गए वाद में सीजेएम लखनऊ संध्या श्रीवास्तव के आदेशों के अनुपालन में आज थाना विभूतिखंड पर मु०अ०स 577/2016 अंतर्गत धारा 419/420/ 467/468/ 471/120बी आईपीसी तथा धारा 66 आईटी एक्ट दर्ज कर लिया गया है. मामले की विवेचना इंस्पेक्टर विभूतिखंड कुंवर प्रभात सिंह द्वारा की जाएगी.
अमिताभ ने अपने वाद में कहा था कि आबकारी सिपाही परीक्षा के रविवार 01.30 बजे के सत्र की परीक्षा का पेपर परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले ही लीक हो गया था और एक व्यक्ति को 12.51 बजे पर ही व्हाट्सएप पर मिल गया था, जिसमे पुलिस प्रभावशाली राजनैतिक लोगों के प्रभाव में कार्यवाही नहीं कर रही है. उन्होंने कहा था कि इस मामले में उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के कुछ लोग शामिल हैं लेकिन डीजीपी और एसएसपी लखनऊ से बार-बार शिकायत के बाद भी कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है.

FIR registered at Vibhuti Khand in Excise Paper Leak

In the complaint presented by IPS officer Amitabh Thakur in alleged leak of test papers of second session of Excise constable Exam held on 25 September 2016 (Sunday), in compliance of the order given by CJM Lucknow Sandhya Srivastava, FIR No 577/2016 under sections 419/420/ 467/468/ 471/120B IPC and section 66 IT Act has been registered today at police station Vibhuti Khand. SHO Vibhuti Khand Kunwar Prabhat Singh shall investigate the matter.

In the complaint Amitabh had said that the 01.30 PM paper of Excise constable test had already been leaked at 12.51 PM to a person on his WhatsApp, but no action is being taken due to high level political pressure. He had said that officers belonging to the UP State Subordinate Services Selection Commission were also involved in this leak but no action was being taken despite repeated complaint to DGP and SSP Lucknow.
